Large-scale oligo synthesis

ATDBio has great expertise in the large scale synthesis and purification of oligonucleotides for a plethora of applications. Biophysical experiments such as X-ray crystallography, NMR studies and the manufacture of diagnostic kits require greater amounts of oligos than most biochemical and biological experiments. Simply scaling up conventional small scale solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis would be inefficient and wasteful, requiring huge volumes and amounts of expensive solvents and reagents. Instead, we use specialized equipment and techniques in large-scale synthesis, with higher-capacity resins, more concentrated reagents and longer coupling times.
